Dear KCS Families,

On behalf of the KCS Board, we wanted to inform you that the Board voted unanimously on October 8, 2020 to continue operating in distance learning/remote mode for the 2nd quarter.  The school calendar is located on the main school web page and outlines dates for the quarters we operate under.

During the week of December 14-18 the Board will decide on the’ approach for the 3rd quarter, which starts on a January 18, 2021. 

Please refer to the Return to School Handbook for how the school is operating.

The KCS School Board will be holding a special board meeting this Thursday, October 8, 2020, 5:30 pm.  

The 7th week of the first nine weeks is designated as the time period to assess and determine whether KCS continues in distance learning mode or changes to hybrid mode in the second nine weeks.  The board is meeting to make this determination.

The meeting will be held through Google Meet.  KCS Parents/Guardians/Family are invited to attend.
